If I have an emergency, will you help me with my pain?
If you are a patient of record, we will schedule you for a visit with the dentist to determine the problem and then recommend a treatment plan. We also see new patients for emergency visits. Contact our office to request an appointment.
I’m afraid of the dentist. How can you calm my fears?
Dr. Hoffert and her staff never treat a stranger. We take time to develop a relationship built on trust, discussing concerns and fears before working together. We will create a comfortable treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. We also offer oral and IV sedation if fear is preventing you from getting the dental care you need.
What are my payment options?
We accept most major credit cards, checks, and cash, as well as financing options through Wells Fargo. Please call our office and speak with Patti for more details and see our finances page.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We do not participate in any managed dental care plans, however we can help you utilize your dental insurance benefits. We will file a claim on your behalf and a reimbursement check for your benefits will be sent to you directly from your dental insurance company. It usually takes 10 days to 3 weeks to receive the reimbursement check.
